Questions about pricing
When do I pay?
Not before IonPass opens. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you to a plan.
What counts as a battery model?
A version of a battery whose units share the same technical characteristics, such as chemistry, capacity and cell layout. Every serial number of that model counts as one battery.
What happens to the passports if I stop paying?
Published passports stay online. A passport has to stay reachable for the battery’s whole life, so cancelling only stops you from adding new batteries.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time.
